We are knowledgeable and have established delivery expertise in the retail, commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors which ensure that whatever the project, we can provide a Full Services package from initial concept through to completion of build.
Our forte is obtaining planning consent for difficult and complex projects and we have an exceptional success rate of achieving 90% of approvals first time. We manage this by working closely with local authorities, involving them in the design process and responding to their requirements and policy considerations.
We also provide a comprehensive Planning Appeal service in those few occasions when it is necessary to revert to The Planning Inspectorate for a decision.

Where we are
We are based in Fetcham, near Leatherhead in Surrey, with easy access to road and rail infrastructure enabling us to have a broad portfolio of projects across the whole of South East England.
We carry out architectural projects and prepare concepts, designs and planning applications for Housing Associations, Contractors, large National and smaller Local Property Developers, Local Authorities and Private Clients.
Our office provides a working environment which harmonies our ethos of technical delivery and professional excellence.
At its core is an open plan studio which encourages the free flow of ideas and a constant refreshment of the best practice approach and technical/design collaboration, which is further enhanced through regular forum discussions and design critiques. Our practice remains current through Continuous Professional Development.
